Buffalo Bills head coach Joe Brady said during the preseason it "wasn't too much" for fourth-round rookie wide receiver Skyler Bell.
Will it be once it counts? We might find out soon.
The Bills (2-0) host the Los Angeles Chargers (0-2) in Week 3 at Highmark Stadium. When the game kicks off, Bell might see his first run with quarterback Josh Allen a & Co.
That's because the likes of receivers Keon Coleman (ankle) and DJ Moore (shoulder) are injured this week and have been in-and-out of practice.
If even one of them can't go, Bell will likely get some sort of playing time. Bell says if that's the case, he will be ready.
"It's going to be a surreal moment," Bell said. "I'm going to take it all in, and once they throw me out there, let's go, time to go, let's lock
it in."
It remains to be seen how much, if any, plays Bell has a chance to make against the Chargers.

“I’m a guy who can create separation, not only off the scramble drill, but just off a base play.”
Bell added he feels he “has the ability to get open and make plays”. Can’t wait to watch him work pic.twitter.com/GU2MILHi7F
