The Buffalo Bills are looking to stay in the win column against the New England Patriots.
The Bills (3-0) host the Patriots (1-2) at Highmark Stadium. It will be a 1 p.m. kickoff on Sunday in Week 4.
As AFC East foes, this game could mean something big down the line. How can Buffalo get the upper hand in this one?
Here are Bills Wire's three keys to victory against the Patriots:

Stop turning it over
The Bills turned the ball over five times in their win over the Los Angeles Chargers last week. Teams rarely win a game that way.
It's a simple key: Don't do that again.
Make Drake beat you
Patriots quarterback Drake Maye has had a brutal start to the season. If New England hopes to improve upon their terrible start to the 2026 NFL season, they must get better play from Maye and their entire
offense.
But Buffalo should use that against them. The Bills should dare Maye to beat them since he hasn't been able to beat teams himself yet anyway.
Keep the AFC East in mind
The Bills should need no more motivation than this on Sunday. The Patriots ended their five-year streak of winning the AFC East divisional crown last year. If the Bills win this one, they'll not only get a head-to-head leg up early on in the season, they will in a big way in their efforts to get back the AFC East.
The Patriots would likely be behind the eight ball for the reminder of the entire season if they lose this one. The pressure is on them, the motivation should be Buffalo's.
