The Bills (3-0) held on to beat the Los Angeles Chargers (0-3) with a stout defensive effort in a 24-16 final. The contest featured a surprisingly poor showing on offense thanks to five turnovers, but running back James Cook had 154 yards on the ground, combined with standout performances on defense to get the win.

Highlighted defensive efforts included those from edge defender Greg Rousseau (2 sacks) and safety CJ Gardner-Johnson (interception).
