Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, in his own admission, he made a mistake.
The Bills (3-1) lost 29-26 to the New England Patriots in Week 4 at Highmark Stadium. Allen dodged a sack and threw up a ball that was intercepted late in the fourth quarter. He did not get a chance to throw another pass in the defeat.
However, Buffalo head coach Joe Brady saw it a little differently by Monday.
During the coach's press conference a day after the loss (with time to review the film), Brady backed his quarterback by saying he's not going to tell Allen to not take that shot. Brady wants Allen to want to win.
It was a bit of a dicey answer because then Brady added that there is a "time and a place."
“I’m never gonna tell Josh not to pull that trigger and take
that. It’s a big play," Brady said. "There's a time and a place but understand who we got."
Brady's full comments can be found in the clip below:

We’re not going there to kick the field goal, we’re trying to win the game.. We didn’t throw an interception because we were too aggressive.” pic.twitter.com/6kPw08HECf
