Did you catch the funny moment during the television broadcast of the Buffalo Bills' 33-30 win against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday?
The Week 6 contest involved a Bills win and Jim Nantz loss.
The longtime broadcaster was teamed in the booth with former NFL Defensive Player of the Year JJ Watt. While discussing fumbles and Bills running back James Cook, Watt convinced Nantz to try and punch the football out of his arms and Nantz appeared to end up hurting himself. Later on, he was even spotted wearing something protective on his hand.
A day later, Nantz was fine.
Nantz appeared on ESPN to discuss the NFL and the topic of his hand came up. Nantz had fun with it by bringing a bucket of ice for a laugh, but in light of the fun, Nantz said he's fine.
"I did kind of go aggressively after this ball. It did sting, I'm not going to kid you," Nantz said. "I gave it my best and as soon as I did I regretted it."
"I'm fine. I'm not going to be on the injury report this week," he added.
