No one was happier than Spencer Brown after O'Cyrus Torrence got his extension.
The Buffalo Bills locked up Torrence to a four-year, $78.4 million deal. Another piece of Buffalo's offensive line is here to stay.
Upon the news breaking, various teammates commented on Torrence earning his first contract extension in the NFL after the Bills selected him the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft. Brown's reaction was by far the most outrageous yet priceless.
"I actually got goosebumps," Brown said. "He's super important to the offense."
Brown went on to explain that his first text message after hearing about Torrence's extension was to general manager Brandon Beane. It was a warning.
Not a threatening one, a loving heads up.
Brown said he texted Beane and
told him to watch out because he's going to give him a kiss the next time he sees him at training camp. Brown said he lived up to his promise, too.
Brown's excitement makes plenty of sense. He has lined up next to Torrence on Buffalo's line for the past four years. Brown clearly did not want that to change.
