The Buffalo Bills' offensive line made a big jump up Pro Football Focus' weekly rankings as the team heads into their bye week.
The Bills (5-1) beat the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 6, 33-30, with the seventh-best offensive line in the league heading into that game. Now Buffalo has moved up three spots.
PFF has now ranked the Bills' O-line the No. 4 overall unit heading into weekend off.
PFF's breakdown on Buffalo's O-line can be found below:
4. Buffalo Bills (up 3)
LT: Dion DawkinsLG: Alec AndersonC: Connor McGovernRG: O’Cyrus TorrenceRT: Spencer Brown
The lowest PFF pass-blocking grade among this group in Week 6 was a tie between both guards at 74.5, and that still tied for 16th at the position this week. Dion Dawkins was fantastic in pass protection
again at left tackle, with no pressures allowed from 38 pass-blocking snaps.
There could be optimism that the Bills move into a top-three position soon, considering the unit has a few days of rest coming up.
For those curious, the three offensive lines in the NFL currently ranking ahead of the Bills are:
3. Indianapolis Colts (up 2)
2. San Francisco 49ers (no change)
1. Detroit Lions (no change)
