The New York Giants left MetLife Stadium with sole possession of first place in the NFC East on Sunday. The afternoon that got them there never settled until the final whistle was blown.
Arizona built an early lead. New York answered, lost the lead again, and still needed the final snap to close a 36-24 win. Big plays showed up. So did the mistakes that came with them. A late defensive return finished the job. None of that explains who actually controlled the snaps in between.
Pro Football Focus has graded the Giants-Cardinals tape. The final play will get the replay. The grades are for everything that happened before it.
