Wan'Dale Robinson returns to MetLife Stadium on Sunday as an opponent for the first time, lining up with the Tennessee Titans against the franchise that drafted him 43rd overall in 2022.
The former New York Giants receiver signed a four-year, $70 million deal with Tennessee in March and reunited with offensive coordinator Brian Daboll. In four seasons with New York, he totaled 274 receptions for 2,512 yards and nine touchdowns, including a career-best 92 catches, 1,014 yards and four scores in 2025.
Robinson said on Wednesday there is no leftover friction with his old club.
"I mean, I'm excited. No bad blood between us. Excited to see all those guys. I made a lot of friendships in the last four years being up there. I think it'll be fun," he told
reporters.
He also pointed to the years that shaped him in New York.
"It will be good, good to see a couple old faces and match up with the guys I got to practice against the last four years. I have a whole lot of memories -- I grew up so much from the time I got drafted there, and it's part of the reason I am the man that I am today," he added.
Robinson was watching on Monday night when Jaxson Dart suffered season-ending injuries to his left MCL, PCL and meniscus against the Los Angeles Rams. Dart will undergo surgery, and Jameis Winston is expected to start for the Giants (1-1).
"I texted him," Robinson said of Dart. "That's my guy – I gave nothing but love and respect for him and hope he ends up well."
Robinson has six catches for 47 yards in two games. He said Tennessee's passing game should start clicking more as the run game has success.
"I want to continue to do everything I can to help the team win here," he said.
The Titans, and several other ex-Giants, will visit MetLife on Sunday afternoon.
