The New York Giants (2-1) will take on the Arizona Cardinals (1-2) on Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium in their fourth game of the 2026 regular season.
Opening the week, the Giants were listed as 1-point home underdogs, but that spread has worsened with New York at +2.5 as of this writing.
How does the Giants Wire staff see this Week 4 battle shaking out? Here's a look at our picks and score predictions.
Dan Benton: Giants 23, Cardinals 21
This may not be an ideal matchup for the Giants, especially given their recent rash of injuries, but I expect them to mold into some moderately functioning offense this week. That will obviously work to their advantage, especially considering Arizona's defense -- particularly against the run -- is lacking. If the Giants can run the ball, control
the clock, and avoid turnovers, they will pull off the upset.
John Fennelly: Cardinals 20, Giants 16
Too many injuries and coming and goings this week for Big Blue. Bound to be a distraction. Plus, they haven't scored a touchdown since Week 1, so it's hard to see them winning against a decent Arizona team.
Tyler Henry: Cardinals 24, Giants 20
I don't feel great about the Giants' chances ahead of this one. I think two of the Cardinals' three games have shown that they are much more competitive than most believed they would be this season. The Cardinals fought hard against a good 49ers team last week, and the Giants haven't scored a touchdown since Week 1. Until Jameis Winston starts to find some chemistry with the Giants' playmakers on offense, I find it hard to believe they can continue to win games the way they did last week.
Serena Burks: Giants 24, Cardinals 17
It's hard to believe that the Giants are underdogs at home against the Cardinals, but that's where we are today. The Cardinals are 1-2, with their one win coming against a winless Chargers team. The Giants are 2-1, with their one loss coming against the Rams. The Giants are facing a tad more adversity than the Cardinals, but I don't see a world where the Giants lose here. I know there are a lot of moving pieces for the Giants, but losing to the Cardinals is not an option. Winston has to play a clean game, and the defense has to function without Brian Burns, and as long as those things happen, there's no question Big Blue comes away with a win.
Kevin Hickey: Giants 20, Cardinals 17
This could wind up being another sloppy game, but it’s also one the Giants can still win. They'll need Jameis Winston to look far better than he has, and they have an opportunity to get Malik Nabers going. If the defense can find a way to limit Trey McBride, it's certainly possible they come away with another win.
Larry Brown: Cardinals 27, Giants 21
The New York Giants will prepare to face off against the Arizona Cardinals in week 4 of the 2026 NFL season. While the Giants' defense did show its strength versus the Tennessee Titans (this is largely due to their familiarity with Brian Daboll), they may struggle versus a Cardinals passing attack that has been rather potent.
Particularly, the Giants may struggle versus Cardinals tight end Trey McBride, who is arguably the best in the NFL at his position. The Giants' ability to stop him in week four will be pivotal.
Nevertheless, without the external factors of rainfall, the Giants will need to avoid getting into an offensive shootout, and I expect them to lose this game.
