The New York Giants (1-1) will return home to MetLife Stadium to host the Tennessee Titans (0-2) in Week 3 after receiving some devastating news regarding quarterback Jaxson Dart.
Another week means another chance to look at the opposing roster for Big Blue to see if there would hypothetically be any additions that would make sense.The Titans don’t have a very deep roster. There aren’t a whole lot of areas in which there would be an upgrade for Big Blue.
With that that, adding defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons would boost a defensive line that could more juice on the interior.
Simmons has been one of the most disruptive interior defenders throughout his career. His presence on the interior with Brian burns, Abdul Carter and Kayvon Thibodeaux would
give the Giants an unstoppable front.
The four-time Pro Bowl selection is coming off a career year in which he earned his first All-Pro nod. In 2025, Simmons recorded 11.0 sacks, 17 tackles for loss and 21 quarterback hits in 15 games.
If anything, this shows the Giants will need to enter the offseason looking to address the interior defensive line.
