The New York Giants (1-1) host the Tennessee Titans (0-2) this Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Here are six things to know as we head into this Week 3 interconference matchup.
The series
This will be the 14th time the Giants have met the Titans since the NFL-AFL merger in 1970. The Titans franchise was formerly the Houston Oilers until 1997, when they moved to Nashville and became the Titans.
The Giants lead the all-time series, 7-6, and won the most recent regular-season meeting, 21-20, at Nissan Stadium in Week 1 back in 2022.
The Giants are looking for their first win against the Titans/Oilers at home since Week 17 of the 1991 season, a 24-20 victory over the Oilers at Giants Stadium.

The Titans so far...
Tennessee has begun the Robert Saleh era with two straight home losses, but have been competitive, especially on defense.
In Week 1, they fell to the New York Jets, Saleh's former team, 23-10, in a game in which they held the ball for just over 21 minutes.
Last week, the Titans fought hard against the Philadelphia Eagles and lost on a Jalen Hurts-to-Darius Cooper touchdown strike with 0:09 remaining in regulation.
Tennessee's offense has been offensive
The Titans are last in the NFL in time of possession (22:25) and first downs per game (12.5).
They rank next to last in total yards per game (243.0) and 30th in passing yards per game (148.0).
They are 26th in points scored with 30.
Familiar faces return
Saleh, the former head coach of the Jets, leads a group of former Giants players and coaches back to MetLife this Sunday.
Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll was the Giants' head coach from 2022-2025. He's bringing along several of his former Giants assistants: Shea Tierney (quarterbacks), Carmen Bricillo (offensive line), Cade Knox (game management), and Marquand Manuel (defensive backs/safeties).
Titans' players who once wore Giants Blue are wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson, cornerback Cor'Dale Flott, tight end Daniel Bellinger, center Austin Schlottmann, and offensive lineman James Hudson III.
Cam Ward vs. Jaxson Dart will have to wait
Ward was the first overall selection in last year's NFL draft out of Miami. He has just one touchdown pass this season but has run for two.
Dart was taken 25th overall last year out of Ole Miss by the Giants. They hitched their wagon to him, but he is now out of action indefinitely after suffering a knee injury last Monday night.
Titans are strong up the middle on defense
The Titans are anchored on defense by four-time nose tackle Jeffrery Simmons. He is considered to be one of the best in the business.
Behind Simmons is solid inside linebacker Cedric Gray and rookie Anthony Hill Jr.
They have solid safeties in veteran Amari Hooker and former Penn State star Kevin Winston, Jr.
