The New York Giants (3-2-1) are preparing to visit the Houston Texans (2-4) at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas, for a Week 7 matchup.
The Giants are coming off a crushing 34-27 loss to the New Orleans Saints in which they blew a commanding 10-0 lead with roughly 80 seconds remaining in the second quarter. The Saints tied the game going into halftime and scored an additional 24 unanswered points before the Giants switched to quarterback J.J. McCarthy in the fourth quarter. Despite a furious rally, a potential game-tying touchdown pass to Isaiah Likely fell incomplete in the endzone with 12 seconds left.
Meanwhile, the Texans have won back-to-back games after a 0-4 start, including an impressive 34-31 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars in London.
Their offense appears to be getting untracked.
