Michael Strahan could not contain his excitement when the New York Giants secured a 27-21 overtime victory over the Houston Texans on Sunday.
The Hall of Fame defensive end, appearing on the FOX NFL Sunday set, erupted in celebration as Devin Singletary’s 30-yard touchdown run sealed the win.

Video of the moment captured Strahan rising from his seat with a wide smile, pumping his fists, and dancing as the scoreboard confirmed the result. The reaction underscored the former Giant’s enduring connection to the franchise, more than a decade after his playing career ended.
"Yes! The Giants win, baby. That's what we're talking about,"
Strahan yelled. "That's it! That's it!"
The victory improved New York to 4-2-1 and kept the team alone in first place in the NFC East heading into its bye week.
Cam Skattebo rushed for 124 yards and a touchdown, including a 42-yard gain in overtime that set up Singletary’s game-winner. Quarterback J.J. McCarthy completed 20 of 28 passes for 252 yards in his first start of the season after the team turned to him over Jameis Winston. Malik Nabers added 111 receiving yards.
Houston tied the game late on a touchdown from C.J. Stroud to Xavier Hutchinson with 52 seconds remaining in regulation. The Texans then went three-and-out on their opening overtime possession, allowing the Giants to finish the job.
Strahan’s unrestrained reaction reflected the relief and satisfaction many associated with the franchise felt after a resilient road win.
