The New York Giants headed on the road for Week 2 to take on the Los Angeles Rams as New York was coming off their impressive Week 1 victory.
The good vibes surrounding the team went away in a hurry when the Giants saw Jaxson Dart go down with a leg injury. Dart did walk off under his own power but never returned to the game.
The game became secondary following the injury to Dart, especially after the Rams went up 14-0 early in the second quarter.
Behind the play of backup quarterback Jameis Winston, the Giants weren't really able to get anything going on offense, even after two trips to the red zone at the end of the second quarter.
The Rams really never looked back after going up 14-0 and the final ended up being 28-6.
