The Seattle Seahawks are 2-0 and are enjoying a franchise-best 12-game winning streak following their 31-7 beatdown of the Arizona Cardinals. Seattle is cruising right now, even without starting quarterback Sam Darnold. This dominance has not gone unnoticed, as the Seahawks are soaring high on the latest NFL power rankings.
Last week, the Seahawks were listed as No. 1 on NFL.com's power rankings. Seven days later, Seattle is unsurprisingly still in firm control of the top spot.

Who needs Sam Darnold when you have Drew Lock?! Jokes aside, Lock was excellent in his first start in place of Darnold, dicing up the Cardinals with a fearless style of play that
should both endear him to Seahawks fans and help them worry less about the absence of their starting quarterback. Pairing Lock and Co. with the Dark Side defense worked incredibly well for one week and keeps the defending champs atop the Power Rankings.

Throughout the offseason the Seahawks were perhaps the most disrespected Super Bowl champion in recent memory. They were disrespected by the media seemingly flat out ignoring their dominance in favor of flashy teams like the Rams. Now the Seahawks are making it impossible to forget about them, and it's nice to see them finally get their due early on.
