The Seattle Seahawks are viewed as being a fitting landing spot for New York Jets star running back Breece Hall ahead of the 2026 NFL trade deadline.
Sleeper Sports predicted that Seattle will be the destination where Hall lands, which will give the Seahawks another dynamic offensive weapon as they look to strengthen their Super Bowl chances.
Seattle stands to gain from acquiring another high-end running back capable of replicating Kenneth Walker III’s production from last season.
Hall has totaled 163 rushing yards on 51 carries, as well as a rushing touchdown, and 102 receiving yards this season. He recorded a career-high 1,065 rushing yards last season, and has gone for at least 865 yards three times in his career. Hall’s versatility as both
a runner and receiver offer to give Seattle another dimension offensively.
Adding a back capable of delivering volume yardage as a 1B option next to Zach Charbonnet, or a 1A option next to Jadarian Price may provide the Seahawks with a formidable one-two punch and additional offensive flexibility.
The Seahawks have the personnel and draft capital to put together an attractive offer for New York, potentially centered around Charbonnet, or in an advantageous situation involving other players and picks, Price. Hall will provide an immediate boost to Seattle’s championship pursuit as well as a high ceiling, while potentially securing the team's offensive backfield for years to come.
