Seattle Seahawks cornerback Trevon Diggs has quite a lot of incentives included in his deal with the team.
According to Spotrac, Diggs’ one-year, $1.2 million deal with Seattle has playing time incentives that include $500,000 for playing 42 percent of the team’s defensive snaps, $750,000 for playing 50% of the snaps, and $1 million for playing 60% of the snaps, as well as interceptions incentives including $500,000 for recording three INT, $750,000 for recording five INT and $1 million for recording seven INT.
The 27-year-old Diggs went without recording an interception for the first time in his career in 2025. He recorded at least two interceptions in four of his first five seasons in the league prior to last year, including 11 INT in 2021.
Diggs joins a Seahawks cornerback room that includes Devon Witherspoon and Josh Jobe on the outside. He will get the opportunity to vie for meaningful snaps in Seattle next season, making the upcoming 17-game slate one that offers him the potential to capitalize on incentives and earn more money on the year.
