The Seattle Seahawks have a championship roster in place for the 2026 NFL season, but is there a player that will take them to the next level beyond where they currently stand in the 2027 NFL Draft?
The Bleacher Report Scouting Department has Oregon edge rusher Matayo Uiagalelei going to the Seahawks with the No. 30 overall pick in their 2027 NFL mock draft as an ideal fit for the team.
“Oregon's Matayo Uiagalelei going to the Seahawks with the showed he can come up with big plays when necessary to open this year's college football season, which makes him the perfect addition in Seattle's aggressive defense,” the B/R Scouting Department said.
Uiagalelei combined for 16.5 sacks and 22 tackles for loss from 2024-25 at Oregon and already has a sack on the
season in 2026. He will be an edge rusher for the Seahawks to consider drafting in the event that he is still on the board once they go up to select in the first round next year.
