The Seattle Seahawks have not run the football effectively through Week 6 of the season. The combination of Emanuel Wilson and George Holani has left plenty to be desired. Luckily for the Seahawks, reinforcements are arriving in time to host Kenneth Walker III and the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 7.
The expectation is that Zach Charbonnet will make his season debut. The Seahawks have exhausted his 21-day practice window and will activate him onto the 53-man roster. That doesn't necessarily guarantee Charbonnet will play versus the Chiefs, but that's the working expectation.
The Seahawks also designated starting right guard Anthony Bradford to return to practice. He's technically on IR with an injury, and both Christian Haynes and Beau Stephens have
been playing in his place. Head coach Mike Macdonald confirmed Bradford will return to the lineup in Week 7, assuming all goes according to plan at practice.
Sunday's game versus the Chiefs will be rookie running back Jadarian Price's fourth game on IR. He'll have missed the minimum contests required. That means Price is likely to return versus the Chicago Bears in Week 8.
The Seahawks should have Charbonnet and Bradford in the lineup for Week 7. Price could follow one week later. Reinforcements are coming.
