Seattle Seahawks stars Jaxon Smith-Njigba, DeMarcus Lawrence and Ernest Jones IV received rave recognition for their respective performances in Week 3 of the 2026 NFL season.
Pro Football Focus named all three Seahawks stars to its Week 3 Team of the Week at their respective positions after turning in standout individual performances for the Seattle in their 33-31 loss to the Washington Commanders.
Smith-Njigba continued his sensational start to the season with 10 receptions for 128 yards and two touchdowns in the loss. JSN recorded more than 100 receiving yards for the third straight week with the performance.
Lawrence supplied consistent pressure from the edge in his Week 3 outing. The veteran defensive tackle totaled five tackles, including
one tackle for loss, and logged three quarterback hits against the Commanders. Although he did not register a sack, Lawrence’s disruptive presence helped Seattle create difficult situations for Washington’s offense.
Jones recorded eight tackles and added a pass breakup. He was active against both the run and pass, making key stops while also contributing in coverage. Jones’ all-around performance stood out on a Seahawks defense that faced a high-volume offensive attack.
