The Seattle Seahawks are making their final preparations to take on the Denver Broncos in Week 6. Seattle will be back on the road and headed to Mile High for a prime time AFC West rematch.
Now the Seahawks have released their injury report for Week 6, and three players are not going to be suiting up. Linebackers Drake Thomas and Chazz Surratt, as well as running back Zach Charbonnet, have all been ruled OUT for Thursday Night Football.
Charbonnet being OUT adds up, as it was expected. Following Seattle’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5, head coach Mike Macdonald said playing Charbonnet was “not the plan” for the Seahawks.
There is some good news for Seattle. Star receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba was upgraded to a full participant at practice.
JSN was listed as “limited” on Monday and Tuesday, but technically the team did not physically practice. The injury report for those days were merely estimations.
