The Seattle Seahawks D/ST has been a great unit to have in fantasy football through the first two weeks of the 2026 NFL season.
ESPN’s Eric Karabell ranked the Seahawks D/ST No. 1 overall in its rest-of-season fantasy football rankings
projecting productivity for the rest of the season, following a 2-0 start to the year marked by opportunistic takeaways, breathtaking defensive plays and effective field goal scoring in special teams. The Seahawks have scored the fourth-most fantasy points in PPR leagues thus far this season with 24, per ESPN Fantasy Football.
The Seahawks earned a 13-10 win over the New England Patriots in Week 1 behind a defense that held the Patriots to 277 total yards. Seattle produced three sacks and three interceptions, repeatedly
disrupting Patriots quarterback Drake Maye and limiting New England’s ability to sustain drives. Seahawks kicker Jason Myers went 2-2 on field goal attempts and 1-1 on extra point attempts.
Seattle was even more dominant in a 31-7 Week 2 road victory over the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals managed only 151 total yards and 10 first downs while averaging 3.2 total yards per play. Seattle surrendered 81 passing yards and 70 rushing yards, recorded two sacks and intercepted Arizona quarterback Jacoby Brissett once in the game. Myers went 1-1 on field goal attempts and 4-4 on extra point attempts.
Through two games, the Seahawks have allowed only 17 points and 482 total yards on their watch. Seattle’s ability to generate pressure, force turnovers and prevent explosive plays makes its D/ST a strong weekly fantasy starter.
Seattle now heads into Week 3 as one of the premier fantasy options at the slot.
