Seattle Seahawks star Rashid Shaheed has routinely been named a breakout candidate for the 2026 NFL season, and his play is expected to be big for fantasy football team managers next season.
Pro Football Focus listed Shaheed as being a late-round fantasy sleeper at the wide receiver position for next season.
”Shaheed is a fine, high-upside late-round option,” PFF’s Nathan Jahnke said. “Unlike most younger late-round targets, we should have a good read on whether he will pay off in fantasy after the first month or two of the season.”
The Seahawks plan to use Shaheed much more in short and intermediate routes next season. His expected increase in targets has him in line to potentially finish as the No. 2 receiver in Seattle in 2026.
Shaheed will be
a player to consider stashing on the bench in fantasy football next season. With his speed, the veteran wide receiver will also be a threat to have big games next season with one or two big receptions being all it will take to raise his stats, to the advantage of team managers.
