NBC Sports broadcast analyst Cris Collinsworth called this one before the play, mentioning it was one of the spots where you’re most likely to see Jaxon Smith-Njigba one-on-one the entire game and questioning, “Is this the time you wanna take a shot?”
The Seahawks proceeded to do exactly that. JSN found a quick spot route, caught the ball, turned around, and found his way through the rest of the New England defense. Before they knew it, he was in the end zone with a few cuts that look as subtle as any- and their
lead had evaporated.
The game is now tied 10-10 with just over five minutes to play in the fourth quarter. Shortly after, Patriots wide receiver Romeo Doubs dropped a wide open 2nd down conversion to make it 3rd-and-14, where safety Julian Love read Drake Maye’s eyes and flew across the field for the Seahawks’ second interception of the game.

The game was then tied 10-10 with just over five minutes to play in the fourth quarter when Jason Myers gave Seattle their first lead of the game with a 26-yard field goal.
