The Seattle Seahawks struggled considerably in the first half against the Denver Broncos. Late in the second quarter, the Seahawks were engineering a promising drive to hopefully muster some more points. Sadly, it ended in disaster deep in Broncos territory. On an end around run, Rashid Shaheed fumbled the ball, which was recovered by the Broncos.
Unfortunately for the Seahawks, the ball wasn't the only thing they lost. Second year tight end Elijah Arroyo was injured on the play, and has exited the game. At the time of this article's publication, Arroyo is listed as DOUBTFUL to return with a shoulder injury.
Seahawks Wire will continue to monitor and give any updates regarding Arroyo's health. Seattle is down 14-3 at half, and Denver will get
the ball to begin the third quarter.
