Safety Julian Love returned to practice in LIMITED capacity with a calf injury after missing the Week 3 game against the Washington Commanders. He dealt with hamstring troubles last year, but any time he’s played since start of 2025, it’s been at an All-Pro caliber. Fellow safety Ty Okada is still not practicing with a hamstring injury.
Running backs Jadarian Price and George Holani were also LIMITED with chest and rib injuries respectively. Price left the Week 2 game against
the Arizona Cardinals with the injury but returned to start last week’s game, then left after his second fumble in as many weeks. Holani injured his rib in Washington. Seattle’s RB corps looks extremely thin. Jacardia Wright might get a chance to make his NFL debut this week if Price or Holani can’t go. This will be one to monitor tomorrow.
Guard Grey Zabel and defensive tackle Jarran Reed were also LIMITED with new injuries. Zabel’s listed with a groin issue. Reed has something with his foot limiting him. The team’s already on one backup guard after Anthony Bradford went on Injured Reserve (IR) before Week 2, so losing Zabel would be a crushing blow. He also played extremely well on Sunday. Reed is a rotational piece but still plays a ton.
Safety Nick Emmanwori practiced in full after seeing his snaps limited coming back from his ankle injury. Defensive tackle Brandon Pili practiced in full despite a neck injury. Receiver Rasheed Shaheed practiced in full despite a hip injury. Defensive tackle Leonard Williams was limited but it wasn’t injury related — they were just resting him.
