The Seattle Seahawks activated guard Anthony Bradford and elevated two players from their practice squad ahead of Week 7’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Seahawks.com officially posted the news at 1:15 p.m. PDT.
Bradford hasn’t played since Seattle’s Week 1 win over the New England Patriots, where he played 59 total snaps and finished the game. He suffered knee and hip injuries that kept him out in Week 2. The Seahawks then placed him on Injured Reserve (IR) on Sept. 23 during their preparations for Week 3. Going on IR meant he had to miss Weeks 3, 4, 5, and 6. This was his first opportunity to be activated.
The Seahawks made three other final roster moves ahead of Sunday Night Football. They waived wide receiver Montorie Foster Jr., who
also hasn’t played a snap since Week 1. They elevated two players from their practice squad as well — linebacker Jimmy Ciarlo, who made his Seahawks debut last week, and cornerback Trevon Diggs, whom they released yesterday and brought back to the practice squad today.
