Did the Seattle Seahawks do enough in Week 1 to be looked at as being the best team in the NFL?

Bleacher Report’s NFL staff ranked the Seahawks No. 1 overall in their Week 2 Power Rankings.
”Yes, backup Drew Lock steadied the Seahawks offense and avoided turnovers, but Seattle's fourth-quarter comeback is proof that this team isn't a flash-in-the-pan squad that will fade after its title run,” the B/R staff said.
The Seahawks defense was as frightening against the Patriots as it was last year. Byron Murphy, Uchenna Nwosu, Derick Hall and the entire secondary was all over the field, making like difficult for New England.
Along with Lock’s readiness and Smith-Njigba’s timely big plays, the Seahawks looked like the defending Super Bowl champions
that they are in the low-scoring defensive affair. Nevertheless, other teams around the league had great season-opening wins, including the San Francisco 49ers and Jacksonville Jaguars, that make the top of the pecking order an unfinished battle until the season concludes. For now, Seattle’s off to a great start to the year.
