For the first time since the 2001 season, the Seattle Seahawks will be wearing their iconic royal blue throwbacks in consecutive weeks. Seattle has opted to stick with their throwback uniforms in Week 7 for their home game against the Kansas City Chiefs. They last wore them on Thursday night during their 17-14 overtime loss to the Denver Broncos.
The royal blue throwbacks are beloved by the 12th Man, and tonight, the 12's will get to see them up close and personal at home under the lights of "Sunday Night Football." As for the Chiefs, they will be wearing their all-white road uniform combination.
Tonight’s uniform matchup. Going old school AFC West, but imo big miss by the Chiefs not wearing red pants tonight. pic.twitter.com/0hVwFfh9Hz

Ever since
the Seahawks brough the royal blue throwbacks back into their uniform rotation, they have been shockingly average in them. Seattle is 4-4 while wearing their throwback uniforms. A victory over the Chiefs tonight would obviously bring the team back into "winning record" territory while wearing this particular combo.
The Seahawks will next wear these in Week 13 for a "Monday Night Football" showdown against the Dallas Cowboys.
