Tristan Leigh is getting another opportunity to continue his NFL career with the team that signed him out of Clemson.
The Minnesota Vikings announced the former Tigers offensive tackle as a practice squad addition, bringing him back after a brief stint with the unit earlier this season.
Leigh joined Minnesota as an undrafted free agent this offseason. After being cut during roster reductions, he initially returned on a practice squad deal. That stay ended quickly, however, as the Vikings released him later that same week in early September.
His latest signing gives him another chance to establish a place in the organization after an unsettled start to his professional career. It also puts him back in a familiar setting, having already spent the offseason
and training camp with Minnesota.
At Clemson, Leigh arrived as a five-star recruit and eventually became a regular starter along the offensive line. He moved into a starting role in 2023 and finished his college career with 33 starts across 42 appearances.
From 2021 through 2025, Leigh logged 2,202 offensive snaps for the Tigers, building substantial experience before making the jump to the NFL.

Minnesota’s latest practice squad additions also included former LSU and New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., who joined the unit Wednesday.
For Leigh, the return provides another opening to turn his experience at Clemson into a longer stay at the professional level.
