With the Clemson Tigers' win over the Syracuse Orange and a Friday night matchup between SMU and Virginia Tech, among other games, the ACC standings look a bit different after Week 10 of the 2026 college football season.
Clemson (6-3, 4-2 ACC), for one, moved up in the standings with its second straight win in conference play. The Tigers' defense forced two turnovers and scored Clemson's only touchdown of the day when Kourtney Kelly forced a Steve Angeli fumble that Jahiem Lawson scooped up and ran 22 yards for a touchdown.
Nolan Hauser added four field goals, and Clemson quarterback Tait Reynolds put the game out of a reach with two first-down runs on the Tigers' final drive.
Elsewhere in the ACC, SMU bounced back with a 51-point explosion in a 51-28
win over James Franklin's Hokies in Dallas to hand Virginia Tech its third loss.
The Miami Hurricanes suffered their first loss of the season, but it was a nonconference loss at Notre Dame in a No. 1 vs. No. 4 showdown. Wake Forest rolled to a 77-0 win over Merrimack, an FCS foe, in Winston-Salem as the upstart Demon Deacons kept their foot on the gas in Week 10.
Louisville and Duke also kept its ACC championship game hopes alive with lopsided wins. The Cardinals' 44-17 rout at Georgia Tech in Atlanta kept Brent Key and the Yellow Jackets buried at the bottom of the standings while Manny Diaz's Blue Devils handed NC State a 41-3 loss in Raleigh.
Here is a look at the updated ACC regular-season standings following Week 10 in the conference.
