After placing the Clemson football's upcoming game against the Miami Hurricanes in a six-day hold, the ACC announced the official start time and broadcast information for the Week 5 matchup between Dabo Swinney's Tigers and Mario Cristobal's Hurricanes late Sunday.
Clemson (3-1 overall, 2-0 ACC) will face Miami (4-0) at 7:30 p.m. ET at Clemson Memorial Stadium. The game will be televised on ABC.
The Tigers defeated California, 24-10, in Berkeley on Friday. Miami defeated Central Michigan, 52-3, at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday. The Hurricanes will be playing their ACC opener when they visit Clemson.
It's the first meeting between the Tigers and Canes since Oct. 21, 2023 at Hard Rock Stadium. Miami defeated Clemson, 28-20, in double overtime.
The
Hurricanes' most recent visit to Clemson was in November 2022, a 40-10 victory by the Tigers. Saturday's prime-time showdown will be the 15th all-time meeting between the two programs. The series is tied, 7-7.
Miami entered Sunday ranked No. 5 in the US LBM Coaches Poll and No. 6 in the AP Top 25; Clemson was unranked.
