On Monday, the conference announced kickoff times for most of its Week 5 schedule. However, the Tigers' Oct. 3 matchup against Miami at Clemson Memorial Stadium was one of two games placed in a six-day hold. Notre Dame

's visit to Chapel Hill to take on the North Carolina Tar Heels is also in a six-day hold.

Kickoff times and TV channel information for Clemson-Miami will be announced following the conclusion of Week 4 games on Saturday.

Clemson (2-1 overall, 1-0 ACC) visits the California Golden Bears (2-1, 1-0) for a 10:30 p.m. ET kickoff on Friday. The game will be televised on ESPN. It's the Tigers' first-ever visit to

Berkeley and the first regular-season matchup between the teams since Cal joined the ACC in 2024.

Dabo Swinney's team is fresh off a 28-20 come-from-behind win over Bill Belichick's Tar Heels on Saturday. Clemson rallied from a 17-3 deficit and overcame a 2 1/2-hour weather delay in the fourth quarter en route to a win in the ACC opener.

Freshman quarterback Tait Reynolds completed 20 of 29 passes in his first career start for 215 yards and a touchdown with one interception. Gideon Davidson had an 8-yard touchdown run after a 45-yard scamper with 5:01 to play to give Clemson its first lead of the game.

Miami (3-0, 1-0) defeated Wake Forest, 33-20, in Winston-Salem on Friday. The Hurricanes are ranked No. 5 in this week's US LBM Coaches Poll. Miami hosts Central Michigan in the Hurricanes' final nonconference matchup Saturday at Hard Rock Stadium.
