"First of all, I hate Philly. That's for one. Eagles suck."
CeeDee Lamb is here for all of the smoke. That's what he said while speaking to ESPN's Scott Van Pelt following the team's Monday night victory in Philadelphia, as the Dallas Cowboys took down the Eagles 38-21. The Cowboys offense had sputtered their last two contests, but they were able to solve Vic Fangio's defense to a great degree in Week 7, compiling 275 yards in just the first half, en route to scoring on seven of their nine possessions.
Lamb scored two touchdowns in the day, bringing his season total to seven as he has firmly re-established himself as one of the NFL's premier wideouts after suffering through some injuries in 2025. Lamb's touchdown catches were both of the beautiful
variety. Precision passes by quarterback Dak Prescott and sensational grabs by Lamb had Cowboys fans exhilarated and Eagles fans frustrated.
The frustration was great, leading to a pristine capture of the visceral reaction Eagles fans have to losing to the Cowboys, which Lamb posted on his Instagram account on Tuesday. Bird fans flipping the bird to a triumphant Lamb... what could be better?
The Cowboys and Eagles will have a rematch in Week 12 when the teams meet in Dallas for Thanksgiving. If the teams are brothers like Lamb said, having them over for the holidays makes for a perfect scene.
