What is the story about?

The kickoff is going to be at 3:25pm CT, which is an awkward 5:25pm kickoff locally. Did the NFL err in their scheduling of this contest? Perhaps because Dallas doesn't get a bye week to follow, they want to get them back stateside as early as posslbe.
