What is the story about?

Sixth-year Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel kicked off game week Monday in preparation for a top 16 matchup against No. 7 Kentucky (7-1, 5-1 SEC).

Kickoff between No. 16 Tennessee (6-2, 3-2 SEC) and the Wildcats is slated for 6:15 p.m. EST at Neyland Stadium.

"Excited, November, best part of the year here playing meaningful football and get an opportunity to come home, dark mode homecoming," Heupel said. "First SEC night game for us and excited to get back into our our stadium with our fans and playing a really good football team that is playing extremely well together.

"You look at their ability to win multiple ways. Finish games, turnover margin, they've been elite. One of the least penalized teams in the league. Playing really smart all three

phases, so will be a great test and one I'm looking forward to."

ESPN will televise the Tennessee-Kentucky matchup with Tom Hart (play-by-play), Roddy Jones (analyst) and Quint Kessenich (sideline reporter) on the call.
