Las Vegas (3-1) will play at New England (2-2) on Oct. 11 in Week 5 of the NFL season. Kickoff between the Raiders and Patriots is slated for 1 p.m. EDT at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts (CBS).
Las Vegas wide receiver Dont'e Thornton Jr. (hamstring) is listed as out on Friday's NFL injury report. He returned to the Raiders' practice on Wednesday after being placed on injured reserve Aug. 31 due to a hamstring injury sustained during camp.
"I just want to go out there, play football, have fun and help my team be the best they can be, so whatever that calls for from this team, that's what I'm going to do," Thornton Jr. said Wednesday.
Wide receiver Jalen Nailor (concussion) and center Trey Zuhn (knee) are also listed as out for the
Raiders.
Thornton Jr. is in his second season with Las Vegas. He was selected by the Raiders in the fourth round of the NFL draft in 2025 (No. 108 overall).
The 6-foot-5, 205-pound wide receiver totaled 10 receptions for 135 yards as a rookie in 2025. He averaged 13.5 yards per reception.
Thornton Jr. played at Tennessee from 2023-24 after transferring from Oregon. He appeared in 22 games for the Vols, including seven starts, recording 39 receptions, 885 receiving yards and seven receiving touchdowns.
