The 2026 preseason US LBM Coaches Poll top 25 rankings were released on Tuesday. Tennessee is ranked No. 18 and is also receiving 428 points.
Georgia (3), Texas (4), Texas A&M (8), Oklahoma (9), Ole Miss (10), Alabama (11), LSU (13) and Missouri (25) are also ranked in the top 25 from the SEC. Four SEC schools are receiving votes: Florida (147), South Carolina (50), Vanderbilt (37) and Auburn (29).
Ohio State enters the 2026 football season ranked No. 1 nationally. Oregon (2), Notre Dame (5), defending national champions Indiana (6) and Miami (7) are also ranked in the top 10.
Texas Tech is highest ranked Big 12 school at No. 12.
