The Titans will play their first NFL preseason game on Thursday ahead of the 2026 regular season. San Francisco will host Tennessee at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
Kickoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. EDT and the contest will be televised by NFL Network.
According to the Titans' unofficial depth chart
, as of Sunday, Cam Ward is listed as Tennessee's starting quarterback, followed by Mitchell Trubisky.Former Vol Hendon Hooker and former Kentucky signal-caller Will Levis are both listed as the Titans' third quarterback.
The Titans signed Hooker on April 1. He played at Tennessee from 2021-22 after transferring from Virginia Tech. Hooker was named 2022 SEC Offensive Player of the Year.
The former Vol was selected by Detroit in the third round
(No. 68 overall) of the 2023 NFL draft. Hooker has played for Detroit (2023-24), Carolina (2025 and the Jets (2025) in the NFL.
