Wide receiver Dont'e Thornton Jr. returned to practice for Las Vegas on Wednesday. The former Vol was placed on injured reserve Aug. 31 due to a hamstring injury sustained during camp.
"I just want to go out there, play football, have fun and help my team be the best they can be, so whatever that calls for from this team, that's what I'm going to do," Thornton Jr. said Wednesday.
Thornton Jr. is in his second season with the Raiders. He was selected by Las Vegas in the fourth round of the NFL draft in 2025 (No. 108).
The 6-foot-5, 205-pound wide receiver totaled 10 receptions for 135 yards as a rookie in 2025. He averaged 13.5 yards per reception.
