Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2028 football signing class. The Vols offered a scholarship to four-star interior offensive lineman Gavin Wilson.
“After a great conversation with coach (Chris) Labidou, I am thankful and grateful to announce I have received an offer from Vol football,” Wilson announced.
The 6-foot-2, 266-pound prospect is from Bixby High School in Bixby, Oklahoma. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 7 interior offensive lineman in the class and No. 2 player in Oklahoma.
Tulsa was the first school to offer Wilson on Oct. 10, 2025. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Purdue, Oregon, Oklahoma State, Arkansas State, North Texas, Baylor, Oklahoma, LSU, Missouri and Arizona State.
Quarterback Kaden Craft is Tennessee's only 2028
commitment.
Tennessee has 19 commitments in its 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo, quarterback Derrick Baker, athlete Jaden Butler, wide receiver KeSean Bowman, defensive back Carter Jamison and defensive back Brandon Leavell, tight end Malik Howard, defensive lineman Christian Mays, cornerback Dylan Haley, linebacker Kenneth Simon II, kicker Ford Fehling, long snapper Sam McKeown, offensive tackleQ’Mari Hudson, athlete Dayon Cooper, safety Marcus Jones, offensive tackle Niko Kampas, running back David Gabriel Georges and running back Asa Barnes.
