No. 17 Tennessee (3-1, 0-1 SEC) will host Auburn (3-1, 1-1 SEC) on Saturday in Week 5. Kickoff between the Vols and Tigers is slated for 3:30 p.m. EDT at Neyland Stadium (ESPN).
Saturday's game will mark a return for former Tennessee offensive lineman Parker Ball. He played for the Vols from 2019-23, appearing in 39 games, under head coaches Jeremy Pruittand Josh Heupel.
Ball is in his first season as Auburn's assistant offensive line coach under head coach and former Tennessee offensive coordinator and tight ends coach Alex Golesh. He played in 26 games when Golesh was at Tennessee.
Ball served as a graduate assistant for the Vols in 2024 under Heupel. The Douglasville, Georgia native also served as an assistant offensive line coach under Golesh
at South Florida in 2025.
The former Vol was on the SEC Academic Honor Roll and was the eighth Tennessee football student-athlete who received a NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship.
