Five Tennesseesoccer players were named to the 2026 SEC preseason watch list: Dakota Brown, Ines Derrien, Cayden Norris,Shae O'Rourkeand Kylee Simmons.
Brown, a midfielder, is the only Lady Vol entering her fifth season in the program. She has appeared in 39 games, including 27 starts. Brown's four assists in 2025 were tied for most on the team.
Derrien, a junior midfielder, transferred from USC. She appeared in 40 games, recording five goals and five assists. As a freshman, she started all four games for the Trojans in the NCAA Tournament, totaling two assists.
Norris, a junior goalkeeper, returns for her second season at Tennessee. She recorded 13 shutouts, including seven consecutive clean sheets to begin the 2025 season. Norris finished the 2025 campaign
with 46 saves and a.793 save percentage.
O'Rourke enters her second season with the Lady Vols after transferring into the program. She recorded a brace against North Carolina and scored a game-winning goal against UCLA. O'Rourke totaled five goals in five matches before an injury ended her season.
Simmons, a fifth-year player and forward, missed the entire 2025 campaign due to injury after transferring from Missouri. She was a First-Team All-SEC performer for the Tigers in 2023 after scoring 16 goals and recording eight assists.
