Week 2 of the high school football season will kick off Thursday in Tennessee.
Thursday's featured game in East Tennessee will showcase Catholic High School (1-0) hosting Anderson County High School (Clinton, Tennessee) at Blaine Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee. Kickoff between the Fighting Irish and Anderson County (0-1) is slated for 7 p.m. EDT.
Catholic has 2028 Tennessee recruiting targets on roster: wide receiver David Thomas, safety Brooks Johnston, safety Skylan Johnson and cornerback Braylen Gibbs.
Gibbs decommitted from Vanderbilt and committed to Alabama on June 19. Thomas, Johnston and Johnson are not committed to a school.
