Ryan Wingo is in his third season at Texas in 2026. The 6-foot-2, 214-pound junior wide receiver has appeared in 32 games, including 19 starts, for the Longhorns from 2024-26.
Wingo has recorded 13 receptions for 165 yards and two touchdowns in three games this season entering Saturday's contest at No. 13 Tennessee (3-0). His longest reception is 45 yards.
Since 2024, Wingo has totaled 96 receptions for 1,471 yards and 11 touchdowns, while also recording 132 rushing yards on 13 attempts.
He signed with the Longhorns on Dec. 20, 2023 after committing to Texas on Oct. 25, 2023.
Wingo was also recruited by Tennessee. The five-star prospect named the Vols, Texas, Georgia, Miami, Missouri and Texas A&M in his final top six schools.
Tennessee offered Wingo
a scholarship on March 9, 2022. He unofficially visited Tennessee for the first time on June 4, 2022. The 2024 prospect also visited for the Tennessee-Florida football game on Sept. 24, 2022 at Neyland Stadium.
Wingo attended the Vols' junior day on Jan. 14, 2023. He also unofficially visited Tennessee on May 28, 2023 and July 27, 2023.
Wingo is from St. Louis University High School in St. Louis, Missouri.
