Tennessee (2-0) enters Week 3 of the 2026 college football season. The Vols will host Kennesaw State (1-1) on Saturday at Neyland Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 7:45 p.m. EDT (SEC Network).
Tennessee is ranked No. 14 in the US LBM Coaches Poll after Week 2. The Vols defeated Georgia Tech (0-2), 45-24, in Week 2 at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Associated Press Poll top 25 rankings were also released on Sunday. The Vols are ranked No. 15 in the AP Poll, while Texas is ranked No. 1 entering Week 3.
"You know, obviously, there's bunch of things to clean up, special teams early," Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel said after winning at Georgia Tech in Week 2. "Offensively, some of the penalties that changed the way the game's played. You know, defensively,
a lot of really solid things and then second half not up to the standard, and certainly the fourth quarter penalties just not very good, so that's multiple phases of the game. Disappointed in that, but I've also learned and understand that you better appreciate every win too."
