The Giants announced roster transactions on Monday following the NFL 53-man cut deadline on Sunday.
New York waived wide receiver Jalin Hyatt on Sunday. The Giants signed the former Vol, along with wide receiver Braxton Berrios and defensive lineman Josh Tupou as NFL practice squad veterans on Monday.
Defensive lineman Ben Barten, wide receiver Dalen Cambre, fullback Grant Finley, linebacker Trace Ford, defensive back Raheem Layne, linebacker Chandler Martin and offensive lineman Ryan Schernecke were also signed to New York's practice squad on Monday.
The Giants' practice squad exceptions were quarterback Jake Haener and defensive back J.T. Woods, while offensive lineman Jarrod Gray was an international practice player signee.
