Tennessee senior defensive back and return specialist Qua Moss was named to the Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll after Week 4.
He received the honor following his performance in Tennessee's, 20-17, loss to No. 1 Texason Sept. 26 at Neyland Stadium. Moss recorded five tackles and one pass breakup.
On special teams, he returned three punts, including one for a 57-yard touchdown that tied the Tennessee-Texas game, 10-10.
Through four games this season, Moss has totaled 16 tackles, two tackles for a loss, one pass breakup, 95 punt return yards and one punt return touchdown. He ranks fourth in the SEC, averaging 13.6 yards per punt return.
Moss transferred to Tennessee from Kansas State after the 2025 football season.
The Paul Hornung Award, presented annually
by the Louisville Sports Commission, recognizes the most versatile player in college football. The honor recognizes players who demonstrate excellence in multiple facets of the game.
