Tennessee volleyballplayer Caroline Kerrwas named to the preseason All-SEC team by the league's head coaches Wednesday.
Kerr is a fifth-year player and setter for the Lady Vols. She is a three-time All-American and all-conference player and enters her fourth season as Tennessee's starting setter in 2026. Kerr ranks sixth in program history with 3,259 career assists.
She was named First-Team All-SEC last season after leading one of the top offenses in the nation. Kerr totaled 945 assists and averaged 9.84 assists per set. Both marks ranked in the top 10 in the SEC.
Kerr helped the Lady Vols average 14.17 kills per set, while hitting .292 as a team with both figures in the top 15th nationally last season. It marked the second time in the last three
seasons that Tennessee has finished in the top 15 in Division I in both hitting percentage and average kills per set.
Kerr recorded 40 or more assists in 12 matches and recorded 11 double-doubles during the 2025 season She also had two 50-plus assists, and tied her career-high for 57 assists against Floridaon Oct. 15, 2025.
Through her three seasons on the court, Kerr has 39 matches with 40-plus assists and 24 double-doubles. Her 24 double-doubles rank 10th in program history.
The Lady Vols were also picked to finish fifth in the SEC this season.
